What you agree to
By uploading an image to imagepaste.org you agree that (a) you own the rights to the image or have permission to distribute it, (b) you will not use the service to host content that is illegal in the jurisdictions where our servers operate, and (c) you understand the service is provided as-is.
Prohibited content
Do not upload: child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, content that incites violence, malware, phishing templates, or content that infringes intellectual property you do not own. Prohibited uploads are removed without notice and repeat offenders are blocked.
Size and rate limits
Uploads are capped at 5 MB per file. Abuse protections may rate-limit requests from a single network if traffic looks automated. We reserve the right to tune these limits without notice.
Service availability
imagepaste.org is provided on a best-effort basis with no guaranteed uptime. We may change, pause, or shut down the service, and existing share URLs may stop resolving as a result.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, imagepaste.org is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the service, including loss of access to uploaded files.
